SAVIV

The word “Saviv” in Hebrew סביב means “environment” or “around”, and for Antonio it is also very personal — it combines two names at once: Sarah, the name of his daughter, and the name of the city of Tel Aviv. That’s why the concept of SAVIV is built around this word: it is assumed that here everyone is friendly to each other or will soon become, just such a very welcoming and warm attitude towards guests in SAVIV.

Incredibly fresh seafood that smells like the sea, tehina for hummus imported from Israel, tender freshly baked pitas, vegetables that are carefully selected especially for Saviv — this is the peculiarity and uniqueness of the project. A place for a leisurely breakfast with eggs Benedict on a challah with caviar, and for a measured dinner with the family: they serve octopus on coals with hummus, meatloaf with ras el hanout, hraime with dorado.

Exclusive: in Moscow, Antonio included a “grill” section in the menu, where there are the tender kebabs on an open fire from meat, poultry, squid or vegetables. Another special offer is prepared on the grill: you can order a lamb dish according to an old recipe, which is served with baby potatoes, garlic, onions and thyme.
