Native to Apulia, the southernmost region of the Apennine Peninsula, he rightfully calls San Giovanni Valdarno his second home.

It’s a small town in the heart of Tuscany, where his family moved when he was 12 years old, and where his tastes were largely shaped. After leaving his hometown at the age of 17, Antonio worked in numerous restaurants in Italy and abroad.

Born in the Far East of Russia, he received his professional education in Israel, where he lived for 15 years.

He graduated from two gastronomic schools: Tadmor and Mehlelet a Chef. Loves to work with vegetables, seafood, meat and colorful spices, mixing up gastronomic traditions of different countries and current trends.
