SAVIV

The word “Saviv” in Hebrew סביב means “environment” or “around”, and for Antonio it is also very personal — it combines two names at once: Sarah, the name of his daughter, and the name of the city of Tel Aviv. That’s why the concept of SAVIV is built around this word: it is assumed that here everyone is friendly to each other or will soon become, just such a very welcoming and warm attitude towards guests in SAVIV.

Incredibly fresh seafood that smells like the sea, tehina for hummus, tender freshly baked pitas, vegetables that are carefully selected especially for Saviv — this is the peculiarity and uniqueness of the project. A place for a leisurely breakfast with salted cheesecakes with smoked labaneh, and for a measured dinner with the family: crispy eggplant with tomato cream and burrata, baked peppers with ricotta and pine nuts, steak bavette with Israeli chimichurri and Stewed veal cheeks with mashed potatoes.
